Role Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals. The HRBP provides expert guidance across workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management. This role is instrumental in fostering employee engagement, promoting leadership development, and embedding a high-performance culture that reflects the company's values. Additionally, the HRBP plays a key role in change management, succession planning, and HR compliance to support business continuity and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, offering guidance on HR best practices and resolving workplace challenges.
- Work with the talent acquisition team to manage recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and culture.
- Participate in recruitment activities, including shortlisting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company’s culture and values.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Assist managers with performance management tasks, such as goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
- Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and provide access to relevant development programs.
- Lead employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Support organizational change efforts, including restructuring and process improvements, while maintaining employee engagement.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, fostering a respectful and inclusive culture.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and develop retention strategies.
- Use HR metrics to take informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required). Master’s degree or equivalent in HR or Business Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Proven experience providing strategic HR support to business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to guide decision-making.
- Ability to influence, coach, and mentor employees and managers at various levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and a native Arabic speaker.
