Job Description

• Oversee project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the engineering team, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project pitfalls and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address them.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and change orders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into project deliverables.
• Utilize project management software to track project milestones and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate design reviews and technical discussions, ensuring that all engineering decisions adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
• Support procurement activities by providing technical guidance on equipment specifications and vendor selection.
• Assist with the training and mentoring of junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
