• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles in the banking and financial sector.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top banking IT talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and banking hiring regulations.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of IT professionals skilled in core banking systems, cybersecurity, fintech, and digital transformation.
• Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-8 years of IT recruitment experience, specifically for UAE-based banks.
• Strong understanding of banking IT roles, including core banking, cybersecurity, fintech, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
