We are currently seeking an IT Sales Consultant for our established company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and able to work on a full-time or commission basis. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals for our software products/services.
Your primary focus will be on sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Prior experience in IT sales & marketing, particularly in acquiring new business opportunities, is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Leverage multiple channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and networking events, to generate leads.
Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our software solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
Understand their business needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Sales Presentations and Demos:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our software products.
Effectively address client inquiries and objections to facilitate the sales process.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Effectively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM software.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Identify new opportunities for business development and market expansion.
Sales Closing Ability:
Demonstrate strong sales closing skills, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads to clients.
Develop effective negotiation strategies to finalize sales and secure long-term contracts.
Business Knowledge in Different Industries:
Possess a broad understanding of various industries to effectively address the unique needs of clients.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or a related field.
Proven UAE experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the software industry (Minimum of 1-3 years).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
