Job description

We are currently seeking an IT Sales Consultant for our established company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and able to work on a full-time or commission basis. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals for our software products/services.


Your primary focus will be on sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Prior experience in IT sales & marketing, particularly in acquiring new business opportunities, is required.


  • Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    • Leverage multiple channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and networking events, to generate leads.
    • Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our software solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
    • Understand their business needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

  • Sales Presentations and Demos:

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our software products.
    • Effectively address client inquiries and objections to facilitate the sales process.

  • Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Effectively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
    • Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM software.

  • Market Research:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Identify new opportunities for business development and market expansion.

  • Sales Closing Ability:

    • Demonstrate strong sales closing skills, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads to clients.
    • Develop effective negotiation strategies to finalize sales and secure long-term contracts.

  • Business Knowledge in Different Industries:

    • Possess a broad understanding of various industries to effectively address the unique needs of clients.

  • Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or a related field.
  • Proven UAE experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the software industry (Minimum of 1-3 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving License (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: AED4,000 - AED5,000.00 per month
