PR and Marketing Communications Senior Specialist

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team and manage our social media presence and the online community.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-creating engaging content, growing our online communities, and driving brand awareness across all social media platforms.

While a strong foundation in the real estate industry is preferred for this role, it is not mandatory.

Platform Management & Organic Content Creation

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Co-plan, create, and publish engaging organic social media posts to drive organic growth and increase brand visibility.
• Develop content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule tailored to each platform.
• Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to boost a positive and interactive community foundation.
• Engage with followers by initiating conversations, answering queries, and addressing feedback promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to join trending discussions and leverage user-generated content to build a loyal community.
• Track audience sentiment and provide insights to enhance content and engagement strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.

Paid Campaigns & Promotions

• Execute social media campaigns to support project launches, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to amplify campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
• Help in selecting the best creatives for campaigns for all ad placements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proven ability to create and execute successful social media strategies.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, social media listening tools, and data analytics.
• Excellent writing, editing, and creative skills.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools for reels is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, content creation, and growing connections.
