Position: PRO (Public Relations Officer) Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Updates Collect and provide regular updates on all work and migration standards from government offices to keep the HR office informed of any changes in procedures and rules.
Visa Management Submit, follow up, and gather all new work and business visas to ensure timely processing. Renew, update, and maintain all workers and their dependents visas and work contracts to keep the organization’s records current with the Labor and Immigration Departments. Notify employees of required documents before their visas expire.
Licensing and Compliance Ensure all business and trade licenses are updated, and follow up on official approvals and permits to prevent unnecessary violations.
Documentation Preparation Accurately prepare and process required legal documents in government agencies, including: Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department, Municipality.
Transaction Processing Process all transactions via e-Channel, including: Entry Visa, Residency, Cancellation, Establishment Card, Modifications, PRO Card, License Updates, Fine Payments, Initial approvals and various transactions, Processing of Power of Attorney, online appointments, and other judicial transactions, Economic Department transactions (license applications, renewals, modifications, etc.).
Representation Represent the company at various offices such as airports, embassies, police stations, ministries, municipalities, and other government departments as needed.
Inquiry Management Address general inquiries regarding PRO functions promptly and effectively.
Vehicle Registration Assist in resolving any issues related to the organization’s vehicle registration and renewal.
Visa Acquisition Acquire visas from various embassies in the UAE for staff members traveling for business.
Expert Advice Provide expert advice to businesses and employees on all visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
Task Management Follow up on all assigned tasks with focus and drive to ensure timely completion.
Experience Requirement Must have at least 1 to 2 years UAE experience.
