Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and scale our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of executive search methodologies, particularly within finance, private equity, and future technology sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sourcing, engaging, and placing high-caliber candidates while building strong client relationships. A strong focus on business development and managing a small team of recruitment consultants to grow their accounts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and place top executive talent within finance, private equity, and emerging technology sectors.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored talent solutions.
• Drive business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand the company’s market presence.
• Expand and manage a network of high-quality candidates through proactive headhunting, networking, and industry engagement.
• Keep up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
• Lead and mentor a small recruitment team, supporting them in growing their accounts successfully.
• Utilize advanced recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms to drive successful talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and best recruitment practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive search and recruitment, preferably within finance, private equity, future technology sectors, or construction.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring a recruitment team to success.
• Excellent headhunting and candidate engagement techniques.
• Knowledge of global and Middle Eastern talent markets.
• Established network in a Future Technology sector or Construction is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be highly presentable and confident in developing client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high level of autonomy.
• Candidates with UK or Middle East experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
