We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to drive and manage our social media marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to achieve performance goals (e.g., ROAS, CPA, conversions).
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics (clicks, impressions, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), analyze campaign data, and provide insights for improvement.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop, test, and optimize audience targeting strategies including demographic, interest-based, and behavior-based targeting.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the advertising budget effectively across campaigns to maximize performance.
Creative Optimization: Work closely with the creative team to develop, test, and optimize ad creatives (copy, imagery, videos) for better engagement and conversion rates.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to optimize performance.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to continuously improve campaign performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider marketing team (SEO, content, CRM) to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement to stakeholders and management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years of experience in performance marketing specifically in managing paid social media campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
Experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and effective ad content.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and reporting to stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision in managing budgets, audience segments, and performance tracking.
