Full job description

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a team of associates. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of the brand while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership: Assist in achieving store sales goals and driving performance through effective coaching and motivation of the sales team.
2. Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional shopping experience by providing high-level customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Team Management: Support recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
4. Visual Merchandising: Help maintain visual standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines to enhance the shopping environment.
5. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
6. Operational Excellence: Support daily operations, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Brand Ambassadorship: Promote the Titan brand values and culture, ensuring all team members embody the brand's commitment to luxury and excellence.

Qualifications

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
