Logistics Coordinator - Al Shamali Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process for automobile spare parts including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Manage and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and related documentation using inventory management systems.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the logistics process.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and packaging of spare parts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities including shipment status, inventory levels, and performance indicators.
• Address and resolve any logistical problems or delays ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous 2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the automotive spare parts industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles specific to automobile parts.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex logistics challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 3000.00 - AED 8000.00 per month
