Hostess Waitress European

We are seeking a friendly and professional hostess to join a renowned dining establishment in Abu Dhabi. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
   
2. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
   
3. Ensure guests are seated in a timely and courteous manner.
   
4. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front of house area.
   
5. Provide menus and help guests with special requests.
   
6. Communicate effectively with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service.
   
7. Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
   

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
   
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
   
4. A positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
   
5. Knowledge of the restaurant's menu and services is an advantage.
