Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across all marketing channels.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and influencers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies.
Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and content management systems.
Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools (GA4 certification is a plus).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Microsoft 365.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on copywriting and brand storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Familiarity with PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach.
Graphic design, photography, and video editing skills are highly desirable.
Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
