Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Small Works Construction Manager located in Dubai. The Small Works Manager will oversee and manage all ongoing projects, works, and complaints within the Small Works Division, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for leading a team of office-based and site-based staff, ensuring seamless project execution and strong customer communication across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Project Control experience
• Budgeting and Construction management expertise
• Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols
• Experience in the Construction industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
