Clinical Director - Anesthesia and Critical Care Services

Responsibilities:

1. Participate fully in all aspects of clinical governance making a significant contribution to clinical audit and risk management activities.
2. Take an active role in identifying and reporting clinical risk.
3. Take responsibility for individual learning, development and performance and be willing to demonstrate professional activities and skills to peer reviewers.
4. Ensure that a record is maintained of professional development activities in order to inform annual appraisal.
5. Promote personal health and safety and security and that of other employees as defined in King’s College Hospital- Dubai Health & Safety Policy.

Qualifications:

1. MBBS or MD - Essential
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience post CCT or completion of a recognized specialist training program - Essential
3. Valid Professional registration in Healthcare - Essential
4. Has worked in hospital or Acute Tertiary setting for at least 5 years - Desired
5. Must have 5 years’ experience in a Leadership role - Essential
