Key Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sourcing and procuring marble, stone, and related materials for residential construction projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of various types of marble and stone, including their properties, applications, and suitability for different building requirements.
3. Strong experience in liaising with quarries and suppliers to establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
4. Ability to evaluate material quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines.
5. Skilled in negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
6. Solid understanding of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and sourcing best practices for construction materials.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing procurement processes from start to finish.
