We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Strategy & Transformation team as Head. This is a high-impact role with constant visibility at the C-level. You'll work alongside an exceptional group of experienced consultants from top firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of strategic initiatives in partnership with senior stakeholders and VPs.
• Oversee project management processes to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
• Coordinate organizational mobilization and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to foster a culture of excellence.
• Run complex analyses to test hypotheses and inform strategic decisions.
• Communicate key findings to the Executive Leadership Team and keep them informed of strategic priorities.
