Job Title: Senior Paralegal

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 DOE

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Senior Paralegal for our client based in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of paralegal experience, specializing in corporate, estate planning, or employee benefits law
Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on matters pertaining to transactions and legal issues
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos, letters, and contracts as required
• Assist in managing board governance, minutes, and additional corporate affairs
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and vendors regarding litigation and other relevant issues
• Aid the legal team by reviewing and analyzing a variety of documents including trust documents, powers of attorney, medallion signature guarantees, and other estate planning documents
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in corporate, estate planning, or employee benefits law
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations and compliance
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
