Head of Supply Chain

A rapidly growing multinational business in the UAE is currently looking to hire a Head of Supply Chain to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The Head of Supply Chain will take part in the management of the company’s new venture within organic foods.

This role will also involve the following responsibilities:

1. Oversee the end to end supply chain operation within the business
2. Work with the key departments in driving the market potential of the business through execution of a world class customer order management
3. Ensure the accuracy of the supply forecast and the efficiency of the customer service and logistics
4. Ensure product quality and the supply chain teams compliance to all sustainability criteria and company standards

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Degree level education
2. Proven experience in end to end supply chain management
3. Experience with organic/fresh produce foods
4. Proven track record of setting up a new supply chain infrastructure
5. People management and leadership skills
6. Strong communication and relationship building skills
