Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in a variety of areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to assess maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.
• Keep an accurate inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and appliances.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
