Job description

Responsibilities:

Planning implementation monitoring and control of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
Writing technical scopes for websites & mobile applications
Testing websites & mobile applications when needed
Managing activity and resource planning
Managing remote teams and ensure workflow is running smoothly
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Prepare SOPs and update them when needed
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Provide leadership guidance and motivation to developers and programmers while resolving internal conflicts
Provide routine status reports to clients and management

Qualifications & Skills:

13 years of experience
Both business skills and technical IT knowledge are required
Attention to details
Result orientation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Listening ability and patience to properly engage with both customers & internal teams
Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Great documentation skills
Basic software testing knowledge
Time management skills
Proactivity, leadership, and teamwork
