How You’ll Make an Impact:

  2. Region Champion: Your role will involve providing dedicated support to clients and sales teams within your region. Your insights and assistance will be the backbone of our regional success.
  3. Effortless Communication: Using your excellent communication skills, you'll respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, while also offering valuable assistance to our sales teams. Your contributions will keep our operations running smoothly.
  4. Problem Solver: You'll take charge of processing operational customer complaints, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Innovate for Excellence: Bring your fresh perspective to the table as you collaborate with us to identify and implement process enhancements. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will elevate customer experiences, meet service-level targets, and reduce audit risks.

What You Bring:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English
  2. Strong customer service experience within a fast-paced, corporate environment
  3. Experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing
  4. Good MS Office skills
  5. Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
  6. Accurate and fast data entry skills
  7. Excellent telephone manner
  8. Excellent organization skills
