Minimum Requirements:

- Experience: 5-8 years in supply chain management, specifically within electronics component manufacturing
- Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes
- ERP Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Market Insight: Awareness of economic conditions and market dynamics
- Technological Interest: Enthusiasm for innovative technologies, including automation software
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and distributors
- Reporting Tools: Experience with tools for reporting and continuous improvement
- Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
