Implement the order processing/delivery policy and procedures to ensure utmost customer satisfaction with the online shopping process.
Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of online orders.
2. Key Accountabilities:
Ensure the whole order processing is completed and required documents for picking and shipping orders are provided on time.
Maintains product database with product numbers, descriptions, and pricing information, adding new products, and assigning product numbers.
Monitor open and in-fulfilment orders and ensure that all data entries are done quickly and accurately in applicable systems.
Inform the order processing Supervisor about shortages in packaging material or merchandise as well as delays in the process.
Control packed goods match the order in the correct quantity and quality before shipping as per set standards.
Check returned orders from customers and return original packed items to the warehouse and damaged or opened items to the concerned stakeholder for further check or return to supplier.
Inform warehouse team about product damages, lack of cleanliness or defects in products, equipment or storage units reported by the picker/packers.
Dispose of waste as instructed and in line with the set procedures.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures as per law & regulations.
Assist the team members in any other tasks that may arise as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager
