Project Manager - Projects & Property Development

Our 2,500 stores make over 360 million transactions and serve 120 million customers in our cafes and restaurants. At the core of this ever-expanding operation is our head office in Kuwait. We source experienced candidates to lead best practice across all head office functions including property, HR, corporate communication, corporate marketing, IT, finance and legal departments and are constantly investing in talent and infrastructure to drive our business forward.

You will manage supplier and fit-out contractors and appointments, review proposed layouts and requirements with the host brand, designers and the brand managers and maintain the store opening schedule. You will also oversee the project team ensuring that all store development projects are performed within budget, timeframe and quality standards.

You will have/be:

  1. A Bachelors degree in an engineering subject, preferably architecture, from an accredited university.
  2. Professional body membership.
  3. A total of 5 years' experience in architectural and interior designing and site supervision.
  4. A minimum 5 years' retail fit-out experience.
  5. Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, civil defense, food control, drainage, etc.).
