Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication in both English and [second language].

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations, translating complex information into digestible formats for diverse audiences.

  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively to facilitate smooth journeys.
  • Assist in project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables to support the General Manager’s initiatives.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documentation, showcasing strong attention to detail and language proficiency.
  • Implement office procedures and systems to enhance workflow, creating a more productive environment for the General Manager.
  • Liaise with various departments to gather information and resources necessary for decision-making processes.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to provide insights for strategic planning and business development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
