Job Description:
Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication in both English and [second language].
Coordinate and manage the General Manager's calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings to optimize time and efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations, translating complex information into digestible formats for diverse audiences.
Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the integrity and trust of sensitive business matters.
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively to facilitate smooth journeys.
Assist in project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables to support the General Manager’s initiatives.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documentation, showcasing strong attention to detail and language proficiency.
Implement office procedures and systems to enhance workflow, creating a more productive environment for the General Manager.
Liaise with various departments to gather information and resources necessary for decision-making processes.
Conduct market research and compile data to provide insights for strategic planning and business development.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
