Responsibilities:

1. Support the Recruitment team to find suitable talent for the company within the time frame.
2. Source CVs and screen candidates during initial interviews.
3. Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
4. Handle recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
5. Work with recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, or others.
6. Experience in Construction, Heavy Machinery, Real Estate, or Facility Management is required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HR recruitment within UAE, specifically in a Construction company, Heavy Machinery, Real Estate, or Facility Management company.
2. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3. Good communication skills.
4. At least 5 years of construction experience.
