Job Description

• Prepare, review, verify, and provide the documents to process customs clearance in a timely manner and compliance.
• Coordinate and follow up with Thai Customs and other parties for process clearance and solve any problems, e.g., litigation cases, in a timely manner and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal/external relevant parties, e.g., service providers and truckers, for processing clearance and delivery.
• Check cargo condition before uploading to the truck and file DMC with the terminal if needed and timely.
• Review corrections and ensure all signed documents and receipts are provided back to the office and scanned into our system daily.
• Recap all work and completion during the day to our customs brokerage team to update the system and customers.
• Maintain good rapport with customs officers, customers, and service providers.
• Answer phone calls to handle relevant requests and complaints.
• Work under pressure and time constraints; working schedule could be flexible if mandatory needs arise.
• Take up additional assignments as required to meet Company needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field; at least one year of working experience in import and export industries.
• Knowledge of customs formalities, clearance, cargo handling processes, and customs regulations is preferable.
• Fair command of English and typing skills.
