We are hiring for an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest banks in the UAE as a Lead Software Engineer. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong technical background in Newgen applications and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

About the Role:

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will support and enhance critical Newgen applications, ensuring seamless technical operations for our prestigious UAE-based banking client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and provide technical expertise to drive success.

Experience Required: 9+ years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide functional and technical support for Newgen applications (OmniFlow, iBPS, OmniDocs, and more)
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently for smooth operations
3. Design and implement Newgen interfaces using Java or C#
4. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders for requirement refinement and production support
5. Ensure effective communication with IT teams and vendors as needed

Technical Expertise:

1. Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, J2EE, MSSQL, HTML, CSS
2. Experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Jenkins is a plus
3. Knowledge of BPM products like Newgen OmniDocs, Process Manager, and tools like BAM
4. Familiarity with design patterns (MVC, Singleton) and web services (SOAP, REST API)
5. Hands-on experience in Agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines
