Hiring Accountant Cum Secretary

We are a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with a strong background in accounting and secretarial work to join our dynamic Technologies company. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO's right hand managing day-to-day administrative work and financial tasks, while ensuring seamless communication coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting Support:
    • Maintain and update records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts and handle some petty cash.
    • Prepare VAT Filing.
    • Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.
  2. Secretarial Duties:
    • Managing the CEO's Schedule: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO ensuring efficient time management.
    • Correspondence Management: Handle emails, phone calls, and written communication on behalf of the CEO drafting process.
    • Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
    • Presentation & Report Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other documents required by the CEO for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Document Management: Organize and maintain company records, contracts, and sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Education: A bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA, B. Com or M. Com.
  2. Experience: 2 years of experience in UAE in an accounting, administrative, or secretarial role.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external correspondence professionally.
  5. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  6. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when handling financial data, documents, and contracts.
  7. Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, anticipate challenges, and offer solutions proactively.
