Hiring Accountant Cum Secretary
We are a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with a strong background in accounting and secretarial work to join our dynamic Technologies company. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO's right hand managing day-to-day administrative work and financial tasks, while ensuring seamless communication coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
Maintain and update records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts and handle some petty cash.
Prepare VAT Filing.
Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.
Secretarial Duties:
Managing the CEO's Schedule: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO ensuring efficient time management.
Correspondence Management: Handle emails, phone calls, and written communication on behalf of the CEO drafting process.
Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Presentation & Report Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other documents required by the CEO for internal and external stakeholders.
Document Management: Organize and maintain company records, contracts, and sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements:
Education: A bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA, B. Com or M. Com.
Experience: 2 years of experience in UAE in an accounting, administrative, or secretarial role.
