As an EEG Technician, your main responsibility is to perform electroencephalogram tests on patients to help diagnose and treat various neurological disorders. You will be responsible for preparing patients for the procedure, explaining the process to them, and ensuring their comfort throughout the test. Additionally, you will be in charge of properly placing electrodes on the patient's scalp to record brain activity, monitoring the test as it is being conducted, and documenting the results accurately for review by the interpreting physician.
