Passionate about guest interaction and food and beverage, as a Supervisor you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
What you will be doing:
You will take care of resource planning, manage your team, and support your team's development.
Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Restaurant Service Operations team.
Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
Regularly review house counts, forecast, and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets.
Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Focus on guest feedback and always look to improve the guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
Well versed in Restaurant Service Operations.
Service-focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
