Some of the key responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Management Team in ensuring your team/section are maintaining the high standards expected for the brand.
Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion.
Establish a close working relationship with colleagues across the restaurant, supporting where needed.
Ensure that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service.
