Job Overview:
A leading Dubai-based bank is seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join on a 3-6 month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective learning and development programs, engaging with key L&D partners, and ensuring the continuous professional development of employees. This role requires a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to enhance organizational learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deliver impactful L&D programs aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and implement customized learning solutions.
  3. Engage and manage relationships with external L&D partners, vendors, and consultants.
  4. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance training requirements within the banking industry.
  7. Provide expert guidance on best practices in learning methodologies and digital learning solutions.
  8. Support the development of e-learning content and blended learning strategies.
  9. Work closely with HR and business leaders to drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. 8-10 years of experience in learning and development
  2. Stakeholder Management experience
  3. Bachelor's degree minimum
  4. Must come from banking sector
  5. Must have experience using digital training platforms for example flex or Disprz
