Job Title: Project Manager – Construction

Location: Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, KSA

Experience: 15+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in structural engineering and construction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience and have progressively grown into a senior leadership role in project management. This position requires extensive experience in the UAE and KSA markets, with a well-established network and deep knowledge of project pricing and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Evaluate project pricing, bids, and contract terms to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Prepare and present project reports, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.
• Guide and mentor project teams to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in construction, with a background in structural engineering.
• Hands-on experience in site execution and project management.
• Strong expertise in project pricing, bidding, and cost estimation.
• A well-established network of industry contacts in the UAE and KSA markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience working directly as a building contractor is a must.
• Must provide a list of successfully managed projects as part of the application.
