Job Description

• Ensure the seamless and efficient management of the Food Hall (Flayva) Dispatch area maintaining operational excellence and delivering exceptional service.
• Supervising third-party staff to uphold performance standards, managing the Master KDS system to streamline order processing, and coordinating with key aggregators such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, and Careem to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Liaising with tenants to optimize the delivery process, overseeing service providers to ensure compliance with the food hall's (Flayva) standards, and managing the recording and distribution of Flayva-branded consumables.
• Ensures strict adherence to all food safety and handling regulations throughout the dispatch process, safeguarding the highest standards of hygiene and compliance.
• Conducting regular checks on dispatch equipment and systems to ensure functionality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintaining an organized dispatch area at all times, preventing riders from crowding mall entrances, and ensuring they remain within the designated dispatch area to enhance the overall customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in any discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in basic PC operations
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
