Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager – Banking Domain

Location: Dubai, UAE - Onsite

Job Type: 12 months contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Delivery Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of large-scale technology solutions in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking technology, deep expertise in full-stack development, and a strong track record of successfully managing end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Delivery & Strategy:

1. Define and execute technology roadmaps for large-scale banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
2. Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
3. Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging modern cloud, API, and microservices-based architectures.

Project & Stakeholder Management

1. Lead cross-functional teams, including Team Leads, developers, architects, testers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and regulators, to define and prioritize technology solutions.
3. Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing risks, dependencies, and resource constraints effectively.

Full-Stack Technology Leadership

1. Drive full-stack technology adoption, including front-end (React), back-end (Java, Spring boot), and database technologies.
2. Ensure robust software architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and performance optimization.
3. Advocate for DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and cloud-native development best practices.
4. Ensure technology solutions comply with banking regulations.
5. Implement strong risk management frameworks, ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 15+ years of experience in technology delivery / solution build roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
2. Strong understanding of banking systems, payments and compliance systems.
3. Proficiency in full-stack technologies, including Java, JavaScript (React/Angular), cloud platforms (Azure), and databases.
4. Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
5. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to drive technology transformation.
6. Experience in team management, delivery planning, solution architecture.
