Job description
  • Procurement Management: Oversee end-to-end purchasing, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and PO creation.
    Develop strategies for cost efficiency and quality assurance.
    Conduct market analysis to assess suppliers and draft contracts ensuring compliance.
  • Category Management: Execute category strategies with market analysis, demand planning, and spend analysis.
    Drive cost savings and enhance performance through strategic sourcing.
    Monitor market trends and adjust strategies for competitiveness.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
    Conduct performance reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
    Implement supplier development programs and ensure ESG compliance.
  • SAP/ERP Expertise: Manage procurement transactions, contracts, bidding, and catalogues in SAP.
    Process POs, bid updates, goods receipt, and invoice verification independently.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Leverage data analytics for procurement insights and process improvements.
    Implement best practices for integration, performance tracking, and risk management.
  • Sustainability & Compliance: Align procurement with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
    Ensure ethical sourcing and adherence to ESG standards.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to align on requirements and timelines.
    Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide procurement updates.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple procurement projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
    Set milestones, track progress, and resolve project-related issues.
