Support in developing platforms based on customers requests and ensure their proper functionality. Test the platforms and ensure proper functioning as per customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support with building and deploying the software applications and services within the PaaS offering.
Implement the strategy ensuring that features of platforms are as requested to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support Vertical Platform Management function in taking immediate action to secure platform in case of problems and disasters and resolve incidents when needed.
Ensure that requests’ requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
Liaise with Lead to develop release estimates to be shared with customers.
Create test plans and coordinate closely with Lead around Test activities and results.
Perform sprints to ensure the proper functioning of the platform before release.
Plan release and upgrades of platforms in coordination with lead.
Support lead in decision making process for key platform decisions.
Keep track of industry trends to incorporate new updates into new platforms.
Support customers on delivery of PaaS services supporting programs and projects.
Consult with Lead on delivery and adhere to his guidance and knowledge.
Support Lead in managing PaaS services delivery pipeline.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Science
3 - 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure and technology engineering groups
