Model Engineering Consultants is an engineering and architectural consulting firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with over 50 years of industry experience.

Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with architectural design, concept, and detailed drawings. This role reports to the team of the Dubai office.

Responsibilities

1. Preparation of designs (concept/schematic).
2. Prepare visual materials for client meetings and presentations.
3. Holistic Design Coordination.
4. Aesthetic and thorough detailing of design.
5. Creation of systematic color and material palettes.
6. Creation of detailed working drawings.
7. Creating area statements.
8. Provide creative inputs to enhance basic functional design.
9. Understand the design and approval rules of various authorities.
10. Keep on learning skills as per modern practices in the relevant field and update other disciplines organization-wide.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
2. Excellent skills in Architectural Concept Design.
3. Proficiency in design and architecture software such as Autodesk, SketchUp, and Revit.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely.
