Job Summary:
Utilities/Energy related business in Abu Dhabi are seeking an energetic and experienced TA Specialist to join their team. This role is critical in supporting talent strategy by managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting business support roles such as HR, Finance, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment contracts.
Oversee candidate onboarding and manage new starters to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand talent needs and recruitment priorities.
Provide expert guidance on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Process Improvement & Employer Branding
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the energy/utilities sector.
Utilize data and analytics to track hiring success and optimize recruitment strategies.
