Position Objective: The placement is liable to stand for the brand by optimizing and adding to the sales within the store with extraordinary client service and retail experience. Perform different functional responsibilities such as shop upkeep and aesthetic discussion standards as assigned by the store manager/assistant shop supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Solution: Greet the clients and assist them in selecting the best item. Convert window shoppers to ultimate purchasers. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales. Serve clients with the highest standards and comply with the business guideline of selling (VISITOR-- Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Give Thanks To). Stay updated regarding the various brands of the group for symptomatic marketing to the clients.
Grooming/Attitude/Knowledge: Must be well-groomed at all times. Flexible to work extended hours during the sale period. Must have up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
Merchandise: Ensure all supply is laid out and displayed to attract consumers and based on standard layout norms. Ensure all VM standards are complied with and all stock norms on clearance are maintained. Record the supply internal/external and maintain the record of the same.
Process: Handle the POS (Point of Sale)/Invoicing Counter efficiently. Cash in the cash till during the start/end of shifts. Issue invoices/reimbursements/adjustments to clients correctly. Process payments by cash/credit card/coupons/automated debits. Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times regarding store security without oversight.
Must be flexible to work varied shifts and overtime based on business demand. Adhere to SOP & Loss Prevention Policies.
