ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Monitor distribution and allocation of daily plans to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Manage daily manpower planning, monitoring efficiency and productivity against targets.
  • Ensure vehicle movements (In and Out) are in synchronization and comply with internal procedures and regulations.
  • Streamline operations to reduce costs and enhance efficiency by implementing best practices, technology solutions, and performance metrics.
  • Inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking, appropriate storage, and efficient utilization of inventory.
  • Ensure a safe working environment through regular safety awareness initiatives.
  • Ensure damage control over inventory within the damage and accident case ratio.
  • Manage the entire parts sales operations and logistics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to logistics operations, including supply chain disruptions, compliance issues, and security threats.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to logistics.
  • Contribute to achieve successful stock counts.
  • Manage annual resource rotation to maintain a sufficient number of skilled associates within the team.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 6 years of proven experience in operations with a solid track record.
  • Strong passion for logistics and a desire to pursue a career in logistics operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good level of understanding supply chain processes and logistics concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data and create reports.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; Urdu is an asset.
