We are currently looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for conducting research on the chemical and biochemical processes involved in the production of wine and other alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for developing new techniques for improving wine quality and flavor.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an oenologist in a production environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong analytical skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Indian culture or language and to female applicants.
