Job description

The HR Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights to support HR decision-making and strategic planning. This role will be instrumental in the future implementation and management of the HRIS as a super user, ensuring accurate and secure management of HR data. The HR Analyst plays a key role in data collection and analysis across all branches, supports job evaluations, benchmarking exercises, and employee surveys. Additionally, the role assists with HR communications and training material development, prepares HR budgets, tracks actuals, and ensures confidentiality and compliance in all HR practices.

Responsibilities:

HR Data Management and Reporting

  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations.

HRIS Management

  • Oversee HRIS configuration, data entry, and system maintenance.
  • Train HR team members on HRIS functionalities.

Process Improvement and Compliance

  • Streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with data standards.
  • Conduct audits to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Employee Surveys and Analytics

  • Support planning and analysis of employee surveys.
  • Provide insights to enhance HR strategies and employee experience.

Job Evaluations and Benchmarking

  • Assist with job descriptions, evaluations, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Assist in job evaluation processes using the Hay methodology, providing data analysis and support to ensure accurate job classifications.

Budget and Financial Support

  • Help prepare HR budgets and track expenses against forecasts.

Training and General HR Support

  • Develop training materials and support HR operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align HR initiatives with business needs.

Key qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
