Job description

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the main kitchen and organize the team's tasks for daily production and ensure standards are being followed.
  • To develop seasonal offerings as required.
  • To prepare forecasts, reports, and supplies requisition to ensure the smooth operation of the Pastry section.
  • Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
