Sous Chef Main kitchen
Job description
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the main kitchen and organize the team's tasks for daily production and ensure standards are being followed.
- To develop seasonal offerings as required.
- To prepare forecasts, reports, and supplies requisition to ensure the smooth operation of the Pastry section.
- Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
