Position: Relationship Officer/ Client Coordinator
Location: Dubai (Media City)
Type: Full Time
Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6.30pm GST
Saturday: 9am to 4pm GST

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years experience in Customer care (Calling)/Administrative role
• Major experience in Operations role
• Familiar with CRM and possess good communication skills
• Act as the first contact for all clients and create an inviting, professional atmosphere
• Answer client’s calls & emails and address their queries and concerns within assigned timelines
• Send follow-up emails/calls/WhatsApp to clients regarding their ongoing work and update the same in the software without fail
• Take immediate action on new order forms received from Sales/ECS/CP team within specified timelines
• Responsible for handling a portfolio of 70-80 clients
• Discuss with clients regarding their needs and desires for business formation in different zones and provide research-based advisory

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in customer service or client relationship management
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software or other client management systems
• Organizational and time management skills to handle a high-volume client portfolio
• Attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups
