WSP is looking for Civil/Structural Engineers to join our graduate program in the UAE. The roles are opened for nationalization purpose.

Your new role, what's involved?

• In this role, you will work in close collaboration with experienced engineers to conceptualize, plan, and design diverse civil engineering projects, in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
• Your day could also involve visiting the site and liaising with contractors, discussing options for concept designs with colleagues, responding to client requests for information, or meetings with the team about the scope and progress of projects.
• The graduate program will provide opportunities for specialized training on several industry-specific topics which include cutting-edge content, workshops, and webinars to keep you updated with the latest trends and advancements.
• You will have the chance to learn directly from industry veterans who have walked the same path. Our mentors will provide personalized guidance, helping you navigate the twists and turns of your chosen field.
• Gain a global perspective through international programs and virtual interactions with peers from around the world.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• You have graduated with a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• You have good communication skills.
• You enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues.
• You have the confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
