Electrician/Plumber

Job Summary

We are seeking someone who is skilled in both electrical and plumbing duties. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems. The candidate must be able to diagnose and repair electrical wiring problems in a variety of situations, such as outlets, lighting, and electronic equipment connections. In addition, the successful candidate must have experience performing repairs on different piping systems, snaking drains, fixing leaks, installing pipes, and general plumbing duties. Our ideal candidate should be able to work independently to troubleshoot issues, make the repairs, and test the systems to ensure they work correctly, has at least two years of professional experience, and has a good working knowledge of both electrical networks and plumbing systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and execute job orders daily.
• Identify electrical problem areas that need replacement or repair.
• Perform repair or replace wiring when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and ensure that the electrical system is working properly.
• Install or replace conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs.
• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures.
• Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs.
• Install and/or repair items such as water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
• Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function.
• Maintain and store tools and equipment properly.
• Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
