Connect with insurance companies/brokers for quotes and availing policies.
Ensure timely renewal of policies.
Manage medical insurance renewal/availing coordination and provision of documents.
Ensure enrollment/Addition/deletion of employees and dependents.
Coordinate medical reimbursements claims.
Liaise with end users within the organization for insurance.
Ensure legal compliance and documentation of employees.
Bringing in strategic action plans to control loss ratio.
Oversee the debit & credit notes.
Support in administration; Flight, hotel and travel arrangements.
Coordinate employee based documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration.
8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in insurance operations.
