Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Life Insurance, Workmen compensation, Public Liability insurance, Third party liability insurance, Fidelity insurance etc. for the group comprising of 5000 employees.
  • Connect with insurance companies/brokers for quotes and availing policies.
  • Ensure timely renewal of policies.
  • Manage medical insurance renewal/availing coordination and provision of documents.
  • Ensure enrollment/Addition/deletion of employees and dependents.
  • Coordinate medical reimbursements claims.
  • Liaise with end users within the organization for insurance.
  • Ensure legal compliance and documentation of employees.
  • Bringing in strategic action plans to control loss ratio.
  • Oversee the debit & credit notes.
  • Support in administration; Flight, hotel and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate employee based documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration.
  • 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in insurance operations.
  • Understanding of the risk matrix of each unit.
  • Understanding of settlements, claims, law.
  • Familiar with HAAD, DHA and DOH regulations.
