Chief Technology Officer CTO

Currently looking for an individual with a proven track record in leading technology teams within the Fintech sector especially in India as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for our Global Office located in Dubai, UAE.

Experience:

15 years in technology leadership roles with at least 5 years in the Fintech or financial services sector. Knowledge about lending and payments verticals would be an added advantage.

Reporting to: Group Chief Platform Officer C.E.O India Business

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering/related field
2. Fintech Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indian Fintech ecosystem including UPI payment gateways, cross-border payments, lending platforms, and digital wallets
3. Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with modern technologies including:
1. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
2. Programming languages (Python, Java, C, etc.)
3. APIs and microservices architecture
4. Big Data, AI/ML, and blockchain technologies (preferred)
4. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with India's regulatory landscape (RBI guidelines, KYC/AML frameworks)
5. Proven experience in scaling technology solutions for millions of users in a high-growth environment
6. Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
